Install of Rhino R8fXX with FXO Module

I am trying to install the card on a base install of 2.6.0.7, I am getting the following when I run ztcfg -vvv
Zaptel Version: 1.4.10
Echo Canceller: OSLEC
Configuration

Channel map:
Channel 01: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)
Channel 02: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 02)
2 channels to configure.
When I try to run udevstart I am getting an invalid command. Is there another way to get the cards configured?
Ok I have found out that the name has changed to start_udev and I have changed it in the rc.local and renooted but It still shows 2 channels to configure.
