(SOLVED) Packages update gives rhino based error

I'm trying to update:
593 trixbox Update tb-scripts Shell scripts that support basic functionality in Trixbox 2.6.1-8
from the package manager and get the following error, everything updates but this one pacakge...any ideas?

yum remove rhino-util... the nice folks on the tb team have added our script to their set to save users a step.
