The version information

The version information provided is supported however a network connection with DNS resolution is required. Try from a command line: ping -c 4 google.com

You may need to edit your /etc/resolv.conf with the appropriate name server. Unfortunately the above error is generic to the fact the download failed it doesn't give why. I will look at getting an update that will give a more specific error such as dns failure etc.

Thanks

Its nothing to do with DNS

Its nothing to do with DNS resolution.
I have just upgraded that machine via yum to TB 2.6.1

All of which required an internet connection and DNS resolution for the TB repos!

the command that is failing

the command that is failing is:

wget http://dist.rhinoequipment.com/2.6.18-53.1.4.el5/1.4.10.1 -O rhino-2.6.18-53.1.4.el5-1.4.10.1.rpm you can try running independent and see what happens...
