Giant 7970G Headache / Looking for Support Contract

I have a 7970 here that I've been trying to flash to the SIP. As of now it will acquire a DHCP address but it will not access files from the TFTP server. I've connected the IP Phone to my laptop directly with a crossover cable. I've loaded tftpd32 up on the laptop with dhcp server and option 150 set to the laptops port. Suggestions? Also as mentioned in the title I am looking for a support contract.

edit: used the reset key combination I found on this and another forum and got the phone flashed and provisioned. Still interested in service contract though!

Yes it is definately option 66

Hi

I fell in to the same trap, when i flashed my first 7970 to sip, but definately use option 66 not 150. Make sure you have a good sepMACADDR.cnf.xml pointing to the right firmware file or that you have XMLdefault.cnf.xml pointing the the firmware
