Odd DTMF Issue

SO I'm running Trixbox Pro SE.

My outbound calls are via voicepulse (IAX), and my dtmf setting is currently rfc, but this issue is the same no matter what I set it to.

I have a mix of Cisco 7960s and Grandstream 2020s.

When calling a system that requires multiple keypresses, (like entering an account number) .. it never registers properly when calling from the grandstream phones. When I call from the Cisco phones, it works every time.

I have a feeling there is an easy answer out there somewhere, but I'm at the end of my troubleshooting rope.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the phone setup, account

In the phone setup, account page, try selecting both rfc and in-audio.

Had to set dtmf to "info"

Had to set dtmf to "info" and uncheck everything else on the phone, fixed it!
