GXP-2000 bricked by setting 802.1p value
Hello, Big problem here...
I've set the 802.1p value to 6. Since then the phone doesn't have any network connection anymore. I can't change the 802.1p value back to 0 because configuration changes via keyboard are disabled (to prevent users from accidently changing configuration...) and without network there is no web configuration. So I'd tried to factory reset the phone. No luck. In firmware 1.1.6.27 even the firmware reset option (that requires to enter the MAC address) is disabled when configuration changes via keyboard are disabled. GS support hasn't come up with any idea so far. I fear that I've just bricked my phone permanently. Unless you have any ideas? Anybody got 802.1p with the GXPs working?
GXP-200 HV 1.1A, Firmware 1.1.6.27
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you didn't set the 802.1Q setting to 6? This seems to match your problem more than the 802.1p setting.
If you are sure you only set the 802.1p value, you might have to change you port to do "tagged" VLAN 0 for this phone so you can communicate with it. Because the 802.1p value has been set, the phone could possibly be tagging it's packets with the 0 VLAN along with the 802.1p info and would be expecting a tagged VLAN packet instead of a of a dumb untagged VLAN (no packet tagging). I guess the next thing I would try would be to get into the switch and change the VLAN settings for the port the phone is plugged into to: VLAN 0 tagged (or whatever the default VLAN is that you are using) with no untagged traffic.
Let me know if this works.
