Grandstream GXW4104 Not Hanging Up

I just purchased a Grandstream GXW4104 and am running firmware 1.0.1.8. I have inbound and outbound call routing working properly. When the remote party ends the call (hangs up), the call it not ended on the GXW4104 or Trixbox (whichever the case may be). I think it's a setting on the 4104 as I did not have this issue with an ITSP.

I've looked for others with a similar issue but haven't found a resolution.

Well, I found that the issue

Well, I found that the issue may be that my service provider is slow to send the disconnect tone. It can take 15-20 seconds after the disconnect for the tone to be generated.
