A101 echo concerns
Hello.
We went live with trixbox CE 2.6.1 and a sangoma A101 card (without HW echo canceller). We been sailing smoothly for a little over a week, making and receiving hundreds of clear calls; but today we had three echo problems within two hours. On two of the calls, we heard echo on our side of the line accompanied by static. On the third, the echo was on the far end of the line, with the problem serious enough for the person to complain. We've started a ticket with the T1 provider, since we're not sure where the problem lies. But, just in case it's on our side of things, what can we do to diagnose/mitigate it.
We configured the card with setup-sangoma using these options:
