Hello all,

I've heard other users say that this is possible, but I'm just not seeing how.

Say I have button #1 mapped to Ext. 200.

Can I do a:

[transfer] (blind) * [button #1]

and go to voicemail?

for the life of me I can't see how this can be done... were the other users just confused?

Or can I do:

# [button #1]

and initiate an intercom? (# is my intercom prefix)

Please tell me its possible!

George

I need this as well...

Is there a work-around besides having to dial the extension?
