Polycom no NAT caller ID

When I am using a firewall with a SIP helper (Mikrotik 3.0+) or SER to connect to a Asterisk box the Caller ID changes from



to

@x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x is the SIP server

Any idea why?

I disabled url-dialing and

I disabled url-dialing and the problem is fixed.
