Polycom 550 not connecting to boot server

I originally had all the phones setup to point to a TFTP server, and it worked great with ROM updates etc. I just made a change to my sip.cfg and rebooted the phone, and it wouldn't connect to the TFTP server and apply the updated file. I figured it could have something to do with the TFTP service, so I moved all the files over to an FTP server and changed the phone. I set the logging on high and rebooted again. It won't connect to the FTP server. Checked the logs, there was nothing. Formatted the file system and rebooted. Still not conneccting to the FTP server. It doesn't even say on there that it can't contact the boot server, it just never tries. Thoughts?

What does it say when it

What does it say when it tries to boot? Does it say anything like uploading log file? At least on TFTP with trixbox that log is under the polycom/logs directory and you can usually tell where it's having trouble.

Nothing in the logs

It is like it doesn't even try to connect. Now on Friday, I provisioned a new phone, and it worked like a champ. Updated everything, new ROM, the whole 9 yards. It just appears that if I change the sip.cfg file only, it doesn't update.
