Polycom 501 Registration Issue - I may die trying.

Trixbox Pro 2.1 fresh install. Polycom 501 with new firmware (2.0.1) and bootrom (3.2.2). Everything seems fine except in the extensions page in trixbox tells the only phone I've setup isn't registered!
I went through all of Kerry Garrison's tutorials (teriffic by the way) and he illudes to another chapter covering this very topic but I can't find it. The registration settings I try on the Polycom aren't working and I've pulled all my hair out.
Please help.

The phone appears to work fine and if I dial any number (7777 included) I get the auto answer. At first i tried to configure the phone using the web interface. It worked for me in previous editions but Pro doesn't seem to have a secret associated with the extension. I'm also not sure if it should be registering with my local trixbox server or fonality since it's the hybrid hosted architecture. I'm guessing the earlier.
Really I just need to know what settings need to go where in the phone. I've built five other A@H and trixboxes over the years without any problems as silly as not knowing what the extensions secret is...
