IP 550 - cannot transfer to gxp-2000 - no presence

I currently have a client with a single (1) Polycom IP550 in an office of Grandstream GXP-2000's. Everything works fine, except using the Trixbox Polycom firmware, I noticed the following:
-I cannot use the shortcut buttons as a BLF for presence updates...
-I cannot transfer a call to GXP-2000's, I believe they either ring and there is no audio, or they do not ring.
Any suggestions? I haven't figured out this issue yet, and we're about to switch that Polycom AGAIN for something else if the client isn't satisfied.
