When defining 6 soft keys Top or Bottom on the 57i, the 6th item 'More' is displayed instead of the 6th item as defined.
To get to the defined 6th item, you have to press 'More' which takes you to a menu that lists only one item! The 6th item!
Surely the 'More' menu should only be generated when there is more then 6 items!

I'll tell you one thing that I am very surprised no one else has mentioned before and that is adding support to auto answer calls when using HUDlite or Astassistant etc.
At the moment when you use HUD or Astassistant to dial out your phone starts ringing, you then have to answer it before it starts to dial outbound, for an operator wearing a headset this wastes a lot of time as you click a contact on screen whilst wearing your headset, and then have to reach over to the phone to press answer!
To be able to just click and talk would be so much better.

aastra3 indicated that it might happen in build 2.3 of the firmware and with some extra code, but I am only just starting out with these phones and trying to read up and learn about URI functions at the moment to see how to make it work.
Just would really like to hear your opinion on this?
BLF on More

While on the subject on the More key, surely you'd want a BFL key which is defined on a more screen to become the focus when it is ringing or at least have this as an option. We have tried to free up as many keys as possible to give our PA's a bunch of BFL but not much use as they have to cycle through each screen to see who's phone is ringing. Before anyone suggestions an expansion module, our users have complained about the size of the phones anyway so i am not prepared to come under fire and bolt on some extra equipment!!
BLF working?

Did you have BLF working? I have setup 10 BLF on the EXPANSION PANEL for 57i and they do not work consistently.
Can you share info on how you set up the BLF buttons?
I put them on the Trixbox.prf and use the Aastra XML to push the config file to all the phones. The BLF is not working like that - I got up to 3-6 buttons to work on RESTART.
I tried to set the BLF on the phone using the phone web site. It will work as long as I don't restart the phone.
Is this the same experience you have with BLF?

Sorry, I search for BLF topics and wonder if anyone have it working consistently.
Yes, I did try the WEB interface, it works but if I restart the phone then I will have the '?' on some of the BLF lines (the first 2-3 entries seems to work consistently, but not more). I have 10 enties on the phone with 560M sidecar. So, if the phone ever restart, I need to reset all the BLF entries by erase local config, restart, enter it again.
I have also emailed Aastra support but no one reply yet.
