Aastra DAY/NIGHT mode and BLF

Does the DAY/NIGHT mode and BLF depends on specfic ports to be open?
I have setup aastra phone (57i) with trixbox (2.6.1), when I change the day/night mode on one phone, shouldn't I get the new status updated on all the rest of the phones?
Also, the BLF status on each phone can be different on each phone. What can be the issue that phone status are out of sync?
Anyone have the same problem?
Day/Night mode is an XML application

The day/night mode that you are using on the 57i provisionned using the self-configuration scripts is an XML feature and has nothing to do with BLF or a asterisk feature.
With the current version, changing the day/night mode from one phone does not change immediately it on every phone on your platform, the synchronization is timer based.
In the next version of the scripts, the synchronization will be immediate on every phone as I will be using a SIP notify to update all the phones.
Stay tuned, the next version of the scripts is targeted for the end of this month and will leverage the latest 2.3.0 firmware which also brings some enhancements for BLF.
