9143i - Button Programming

I spoke with a tech at Aastra and he told me that you can unlock the side buttons on the 9143i (using the newest firmware) by using the command:
prgkey# locked: 0 (where # is the key number)
However - I tried to do that with:
prgkey8 locked: 0
prgkey9 locked: 0
prgkey10 locked: 0
prgkey11 locked: 0
But it doesn't work.
Are the keys a different number?
I am trying to unlock the Save / Delete / Directory key.
