Voicemail extension

I am trying to setup a hotkey on the Polycom phones to go directly to VM. Is there a place to see what number needs to be dialed for VM? Or should I setup a Virtual extension? And, if I setup a virtual extension, how do I have it attached to the voicemail?

Are you talking about Do Not Disturb (DND) functionality? The code to go to voicemail (or check voicemail) from a particular extension is 8555 in trixbox Pro.
