problem: connecting to trixbox vpn

Your installation may have been trying to connect during a maintenance period. Is the trixbox SE still saying the same now?
A few things you can check:
Ensure you can resolve vpn1.trixbox.com and vpn2.trixbox.com using your DNS settings.
Ensure that you can also ping both of those addresses.
Check your vtund.conf file and ensure that it looks like all of the info exists.

I tried to investigate this case by myself.
unfortunately it was not related to any dns configuration.
I found that at the national level provider, almost all tunneling protocols has been filtered in application level!
during debugging process i found that when doing a telnet to vpn1.trixbox.com or vpn2.trixbox.com although the tcp connection get established, but noting transfered from vpn server.
when I tried to to connect these servers from other server outside my region, during the telnet connection I got "VTUN server ver 4.0.4 01/11/2008"
so I think adding more debug info to vtund daemon may help to find these cases easier. (i could not find debug option for vtund)

could someone send me a communication schema between trixbox servers and trixbox vpns?
as I mentioned above, there is a communication problem between my server and trixnbox vpn. right now whenever I tried to connect to the cp.trixbox.com, it notice me for Configuration failure. it seems configuration could not be transfered from trixbox control panel to my server.
as I checked whenever I pressed "complete change" to synchronize configurations immediately, 7 short ssh sessions opened to my trixbox consecutively.
is there any idea?
could someone please send me more details on trixbox and central systems communications?
