Polycom 330 updating

Hi, I'm just learing the ins and outs of our new trixbox pro system and setting up the Polycom330 phones.

The system is all working, but now I want the polycom phone to download a custom directory xml file which I have placed into the tftpboot folder on trixbox. The file doesn't load at all.

Also, I made a few changes (ie changed the extension number) in the phone-MACaddress.cfg file to see if it would be updated on the phone - but this too doesn't update after booting. This was just to test that the boot server is doing it's job.

I had a look in the MACaddress-boot.log file in the tftpboot folder and it gets updated every time I reebot the phone, also the shows that the MACaddress.cfg file is being copied, but evidently it is not.

Any ideas for a newbie?
