Missed Calls in Blast Group

Hi,

Currently we have setup our phones in blast group - our situation is as follows we have one number coming in which each phone is a part of a blast group which is activated when a call comes in - what is happening now is that someone will answer the call and on everyone elses phone the call is registered as a missed call - is there a way to get around this - as you can imagine by the end of the day we all have alot of missed calls racking up.

Hey Jon,

There is no way to get around this. The 'Missed Calls' are a function of the phone, and if they receive an inbound call - they will show up as a missed call.

Found a Solution - not Ideal but works for us...

I did find a solution to this - we are using Aastra 9133i phones i was able to set the config file to disable missed calls - this disable all notification of missed calls but i think this is more workable then ahving 62 missed calls on my phone when i come back after a one day off.
