Can the Trixbox Pro SE allow me to route a Sangoma FXO port to an extension. I have a manager that has a personal line that he doesn't want to go into the auto-attendant he just wants it to ring his extension. He still wants to be able to receive other calls when they come in on the main line as well. The other thing wants to do is when he dials out he want the ability to dial out using that phone number; because he has some customers have him in their system with that number and when they see his number he gets high priority status and gets bumped ahead of the line.

Can this be done in SE or do I have to upgrade to EE? Also the phones that we are using are the Polycom 501 phones if that makes a difference.

thanks
Jim

Jim, trixbox Pro Enterprise

Jim,

trixbox Pro Enterprise Edition is required for this. You would need the "Routing by DID" option. This option will allow you to use the DID passed by a PRI or VoIP carrier, or the Port Number on an analog interface.

Thanks,
Mike
