Unable to connect to the HUD sever
Hello,
I finished installing the trixbox pro server ... I can go to the comtrol panel and also create the extensions and view extensions.. I installed the HUD lite from the control panel and but i cannot connect the HUD client to my server.. I put the server name , password and username and password as I have created in the control panel. But everytime I click HUD lite it gives me an error "cannot connect to HUD" I am trying to connect locally. My server is 116153 and i ping s116153x.trixbox.fonality.com from other machine and from differnt network and i am getting reply back without packet loss. I am assuming my HUD server is running. Would you please let me know what needs to be done in order to connect the HUD client locally
Thanks

You need to ensure that you installed the TAPI client within HUD. Also you need to have a phone registered to the TB PRo System.
If you open HUD then go to HELP>ABOUT, Then click on the Components TAB. You can Either Install or Re-Install the Tapi and Outlook Integration. This will require a Reboot. If you do not have a phone registered for your extension you will not be able to dial out from HUD.
