Hudlite - all extensions go blue when blast group rings

Hudlite 1.1.1290 with Trixbox Pro

I have 12 extensions showing up in HUD. As long as the blast group isn't ringing, I can see who is on the phone, duration, etc. As soon as a call comes in on the blast group (which all incoming calls do), ALL of the HUD extension blocks go to blue/available. It makes it hard to decide if I should answer the call, or let one of the front line people pick it up - I can't see who is on the phone and who is truely available

Once someone picks up the call, HUD goes back to it's original state showing who is on the phone, etc.

Any ideas?

Hey Lloyd,

That is the intended action of HUD when there is an inbound call. When an extension rings (blast group or otherwise) HUD will display the ringing action.

In between rings, you can see who is on a call so that you can make a decision to pick up or not.

Hmmm - it appears that all the extensions stay blue even between the rings until the call is answered. The screen doesn't change until the call is picked up, then I can see who is busy.

(update) - yup, just verified all users go blue, with the text "called by" in the box, until the phone is answered, then goes back to normal status

Anyone else? It's frustrating to not be able to see whos already on the phone when a call comes in.
