Hud (lite/Pro) question

Hello,

I try to setup Hudlite with an self developed Asterisk box and my problem is, that my extension is not the same like my sip users. For example my Sip user has the number 9004064 and the extension is 10. The system is basicly build on a realtime Database structure, where every extension is load from the database. I need this cause of serveral difficult phonenumbers which should be handled by this asterisk box.

hud runs and also works fine, except if a call comes to the extension, hud doesnt recognize the call and shows the ringing phone as idle. And also a callpickup isnt possible.

i have planned to buy the Hud-Pro version but if this function (different extension and sip user) doesnt work in the Pro version either, then i have to find another solution.

my users.xml looks like this:

i see the users in hud, an also see when on of this users dial out, but i doesnt see an incoming call.
