Hey all,

I recently had my personal extension set to x801. I had it setup and working just fine with my DID number. I had to change my extension to x120 for logistical reasons. I can call x120 no problem, however, when I try my DID it dials x801 still. I have changed the DID to be assigned to my new extension and the old extension even has another DID assigned to it. Any ideas?

I am having this issue with 3 extensions. All of which had to be moved.

Thanks.

Go to the asterisk CLI

Go to the asterisk CLI 'asterisk -r' execute the command dialplan show @

This will display what the dialplan is doing when the DID hits.

You can figure it out from there.

I tried what you said and I

I tried what you said and I am not that familiar with the asterisk CLI but even what I saw didn't make much sense to me in reference to DID's. I mostly just saw extensions and MAC Addresses.

Pcsknox, Looking at your

Pcsknox,

Looking at your system and observing extension 120 is assigned to DID ending in 8080. I see this both in the web interface and in the configuration files. Is this still a problem for you?

Thanks,
Mike
