Call Parker info not showing up

Hudlite 1.1.1290 on Trixbox Pro - Parking a call works fine, but all I see in the call park list is 9001 (9002, etc) - no other information such are the Parker or Notes. Anyone have any ideas?

followup - this seems to

followup - this seems to happen when a call is parked in HUDlite - if parked via the phone keyboard it shows the parker extension
