FXO card send error msg such as vm-no-answer

Hello,
I have setup a trunk using my TDM11B and i'm still having trouble to config the channels if somebody can help me with that. I have my VOIP line and I just plug one FXO and setup a trunk, when I call from my trixbox (any ext), I'm able to go out and when i try to call in, because I was trying to setup a IVR and play around, it make ring my IVR and dial the extension number depend on the menu option. But when you hand up the voip, you can see from FOP the call still count (not stop) and when you try to call again it wont work. and you must handup manually but double click on Zap icon from the FOP. or restart the box.

from the asterisk cli you see the msg passing say something like vm-playing-no answer (something like phone mail player not answer) and when you try to call the same number yes, you are going to get the voicemail I already setup from my phone (Home VOIP).

So any idea and help on how to resolve this issues? I appreciate your help.
