CID not working, inbound calls ringing twice, hanging up
I upgraded a 2.4 system to a 2.6 with a new server, same TDM01b and Polycom phones. The previous system had a few glitches but incoming CID and calls worked. Now all of my calls are coming in as Unknown Unknown and don't ring long enough despite changing ring time settings. I've been trying to figure this thing out for a couple weeks now, and my client's not too pleased. Any help would be very much appreciated. Below are links to my log and relevant conf files:
