2 R4FXO-EC to install

Hi,

My ipbx is working fine, with one rhino R4FXO-EC but when I install the second card after some time kernel crash.The second card is ok, since I tested on standalone.My question is the configuration below is it ok??:

Is the configuration right, or should I break them channel => 1-4 for span 1
channel => 5-8.I am not using genzaptelconf but configuring it manually so.
