Astertrack - call <task> tracking web interface

i have noticed an increase in the the questions about this type of addon , (or standalone application) we developed a very very simple task tracking interface that :
[1] records the calls
[2] on hangup emails the caller an .ICS calender file that auto imports into outlook
[3] populates our Astertack database with the call details

the web interface shows all active or work in progress (WIP) tasks , we own a service business so people call with there sales orders ie "i need you to repair my coolroom", we record the call , so we can replay it and hear and specific details ie address or persons name. an office admin assigns the jobs via a drop box to our employees . and the jobs don't disappear until they are marked closed - we mark them closed when we receive the paperwork complete from the service tech . our business is small so we do a 'reconciliation' on the tasks every few days . it has worked well for us for the past 2 years - we have a new build that incorporates Google maps etc . and we are presently integrating and coding a php/Mysql based accounting system we will complete this works next year.

we would think about commercializing and selling this application if there was a need ?
let us know , and if there is enough interest we will commit some resources , i would think that if enough people were interested we would sell this as 'opensource' for about US $200
