Wireless IP Phone

I think it's time we revisit this question for 2008.

Which Wireless IP Phones work best with Trixbox these days? I now have three leads looking for new phone systems and all three of them want at least one wireless phone.

Do you use a Wireless IP Phone? If so which one, was it easy to configure and how does it work? Which IP phone doesn't work?

Thanks!

The snom m3 looks really

The snom m3 looks really nice. It's not wifi, but it's wireless with a really good range. I haven't tried one yet, though.

WIP 330 Phones

I just finished installing - then removing- four WIP 330 phones for a client. In a nutshell, these phones suck! The sound from the ear piece sounds like a tin can, the microphone is weak, and the interface is harder than sin to work. For example, to transfer a call you have to click Menu, then Transfer, then enter in the extention you want to transfer to.

We will no longer sell or suggest these phones to our clients any more.

Does anyone else have experiences with wireless phones?

Thanks!

I could have told you that and saved you some time! I've got 2 of them sitting here that I wasted my money on and couldn't return :( I'm still waiting to get my hands on the polycom wifi phone. Looks good just gotta try it out.

I'm looking for a wireless

I'm looking for a wireless IP phone capable of paging/intercom. Are most of them capable of this?

Do any of the wireless phone have a nextel/walkie talkie like functionality to them? Someone told me that Alcatel might make one that has that.

Thanks for your input.
