Wireless headset without lifter

I'd like to know if it's possible to have a wireless headset without lifter and with which I will be able to answer a way from phone?
I have Cisco 7940 phones with Trixbox 2.4 but I can change phones if it's necessary to have the good headset setup.

I've tried getting things to work without the lifter with Grandstream GXP-2010/2020 phones without any luck. It seems none of the wireless units will send the proper answer and hangup sequences (do those exist?) On a positive note, the lifters do work well on the GXP-2010's/2020's

Polycom and Jabra

The Jabra Polycom EHS adapter is a $35 part and works great for me as an electronic 'lifter'. I can answer the phone by tapping the headset. This is great for HUD!
