Trix EPManager Disables Poly 330 LEDS ?

Hi All,
I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. Basically I have a Trix 2.6.1.0 installed. It had been working fine for some time. The site with the server experienced a power outage. Since then, the phones arn't working quite right. Specifically:
1. The LEDS don't light up, ever
2. The phone never creates any kind of call log (missed, recieved, placed, etc)

I'm baffeled at how this could happen. So, I took a known working phone from another location. Tested it and made sure these features work on another setup. Then I provisioned it onto this server. Sure enough, the LEDs and call logs stopped working again.

I'm not even really sure what to check here. It seems to suggest a problem with my sip.cfg file. I looked though it and the calllist features are enabled and the PATTERNs for OFFERING,etc are set properly with the LEDs. So I'm not sure what I am missing. I did notice that the sip.cfg file had version specific sections that didn't include a 330 mode. I tried to manually create thse by copying the IP_300 sections.. but that hardly seems right either.

Any ideas?
