SPA962

Our company has just purchaced 43 SPA942 handsets and 2 SPA962 handsets.
I am trying to commission all of these using end point manager. I have ran the "setup-linksys" from the terminal and the cfg files are under the /tftpboot dir.
I have 4 phones setup all DHCP addresses. I press the "go" button for map devices. All it finds is two of the PC's on our network but no phones. I have even tried setting them up manually from the "linksys devices" link using the MAC address and rebooting the phone but it doesn't seem to set up the handset with any settings at all. Am I missing something here? Thank you in advance.

Well that was exactly what I was missing thank you. Now it has updated all the phones that I have already added manually but still not finding the ones that I have not added a MAC address for. Any ideas why it is still only finding these two random PCs but not the phones?
