Polycom IP330: Font size on CLID

I don't know how popular the IP330s are with everyone. We have about 50 deployed in my company, and they're great little phones, with 1 single, massive and unfixable complaint against them; when calls come in, most of the time the call display is too small to fit the entire thing in.
The reason this is an issue is we're not on a IP PBX, so calls coming in have the full company name and number like "COMPANY(1234567890)" which cuts off most of the number. Has anyone been able to fix the issue? I've adjusted the font size but it isn't enough.
