Mitel 5212 with wireless Lan stands on TB pro, is there an alternative?

Hello,
I was looking at some proprietary systems like Mitle and shoretel etc but the flexibility of TB wins.
I am deploying a site wide wireless system that supports WMM and QoS and it would make my life so much easier if I could get a wireless LAN stand like the mitel option http://www.mitel.com/DocController?documentId=19401 as I deploy random phones in strange locations
Do any other end point manufacturers do this sort of thing?
If not, how suitable are the Mitel phones in Sip mode (i.e 5212) for use with a TB system, do all the key functions work etc? is there any known problems?
In an ideal world I would prefer to use Snom with a wireless LAN stand but I dont think they do them!
