mitel 5212 and wireless lan stand

Setting up an office with 15 mitel 5212 and the mitel wireless lan stand, have a cisco 1811w router with 2 vlans (one native voice and one data) some phones register some phones dont (not registered message) some never make it past DHCP. Has anyone have some experience with mitel and or the lan stands, There has got to be something stupid I am missing.
