GXP-2000 Grandstream wont send DTMF for voicemail advanced options #3

Hello Gurus,
I have following situation:
GXP-2000 Grand stream when dialing to voice mail from device, all numbers recognized, such as user name / password, listen new messages and etc, but for some reason button 3 wont send and be recognized as advanced voice mail settings...any ideas or success stories?

Welcome to my world of grandstream misery!
DTMF has been rubbish on GXP-2000s for a while now, and was supposed to have been fixed in the latest firmware. Alas not, and as usual the grandstream firmware updates often break more things than fix (take a look at Voip-info.org to see just how much!)
my advice would be to ditch them as fast as you possibly can and invest a little money in something decent... linksys, snom, polycom, aastra.....

Again with the grandstream bashing. As I said in this post try to stick with the new GXP lines (GXP-1200, GXP-2010, GXP-2020) but if you must use the lower end lines and are having problems, please email your issues along with as much detailed information as you can about those issues to grandstream technical support.
