Cordless Analog phone Outbound does not work.
I've trixbox CE 2.6.1 on a dedicated machine with TDM400p w/ 2 FXO and 2 FXS configuration.
There's two lines from the wall coming into the two FXOs, and one line coming out from the FXS to an analog phone.
The analog NON-cordless or normal analog phone works fine dialing in or out.
I tried to use the cordless analog phone line and call out but it does not work.
I tried to dial one of the extensions, say 1001, it does not work.
I tried to dial 7777, which rings all extensions, and it does not work.
I dialed in to the phone line so that it rings all of the lines, as I;ve configured to let it ring it all, and the analog cordless phone line rings and works fine.
But, Outbound calls do not work at all.
The error mesg plays when I dial a number, such as to other people, as follows:
"Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again"
Is there any suggestions that can be thought of?
Also, I'm new to trixbox, and is a novice user of linux.
The only known configuration that I've done this is:
PBX -> Setup -> Trunks
and then set one of the ZAP Trunk with the Outbound dial Prefix with two "ww"s so that it waits before it dials.
I had to do this because it didn't 80% of the time if I didn't do this.
You type a lot but you actually have no info.
- normally between 192.168.1.0 and ..168.1.253; I´ve used ...1.69
Please also try and make a call on the FXS port and capture the call trace from the Asterisk CLI (asterisk -r).
When posting output either user pastebin.ca or the code tage (see input format below) so that we can read the trace. This is very important if you actually want someone to read your trace.

- What version trixbox
- Do you have SIP phones on the system in addition to the FXx ports
- What is the extension of the phone attached to the FXS port
