hi overlink

Try these configurations. Wipe out all information not needed or specific to these instructions like those in USER DETAILS. Do not use your + (plus) as login user in front of the number. You can skip the proxy parameter :

1. Add SIP Trunk. And add the following configurations:

* Outbound Caller ID: <your phone number like this 351302019999)
* Never Override CallerID: Yes
* Trunk Name: Netcabo

PEER Details:

canreinvite=yes
context=from-trunk
fromuser=<your phone number like this 351302019999)
host=voip.sapo.pt
insecure=very
nat=yes
qualify=yes
secret=<password>
type=friend
username=<your phone number like this 351302019999>

and

* USER Context: <your phone number like this 351302019999>
* Register String: <your phone number like this 351302019999>:<password>@voip.sapo.pt

After, setup and inbound route so your incoming call's can be properly routed to a extension or whatever you'd like. You just have to put at DID number <your phone number like this 351302019999>.

I have the same problem. I have it working on x-lite and it needs the + sign and the proxy parameter to work, so probably that's what is needed to get it working in trixbox

With that service provider I think you can sit and wait.
I managed to register with the provider with this string:
+35130200xxxx@voip.telepac.pt:password:+35130200xxxx@proxy.voip.telepac.pt:5070
but I still can't make any calls, I get a "call failed: 603 declined". I think the provider is rejecting the call.

Probably is a router config...

Just open your router ports to trixbox:
8000 to 20000 TCP/UDP
5004 to 5082 TCP/UDP
2727 TCP/UDP

Incoming Routes

Hi All,

Were you able to setup the incoming Route? I have tried with + or just and it simply does not dial-in.

Debugging the SIP trunk I am able to see the call coming in

Could you please advise?

Cheers,

Inbound Routes - Figured that out .... incomplete

Dear All,

I am still fighting agains the configuration. The outbound works fine but the inbound I can only get incoming calls if I configure a catch all inbound rule. If I have two voip tp direct to 2 diferent extensions it does not work:

-- Executing [s@from-pstn:1] NoOp("SIP/+351302007xxx-08c38408", "No DID or CID Match") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:2] Answer("SIP/+351302007xxx-08c38408", "") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:3] Wait("SIP/+351302007xxx-08c38408", "2") in new stack
-- Executing [s@from-pstn:4] Playback("SIP/+351302007xxx-08c38408", "ss-noservice") in new stack
-- Playing 'ss-noservice' (language 'en')

I have tried to use :

+351302007xxx@voip.telepac.pt:password:+351302007xxx@proxy.voip.telepac.pt:5070/+351302007xxx

but with no luck.
Can you please help?

Regards

Look at the log and see

Look at the log and see where the calls are coming from.

You have to match the details in the inbound call settings. Host name or fromuser are sufficient for a match.

What do you get when you dial one of your DID's?

Sapo/Telepac VoIP working now!

After several days of hardship, trial and head scratching, I finally came to a working configuration.

My configuration is as follows (for Sapo VoIP just replace all instances of "Telepac" with "Sapo"):

Trunk outbound
------------------
username=+351302xxxxxx
secret=PASSWORD
canreinvite=yes
context=from-trunk
fromdomain=voip.telepac.pt
outboundproxy=proxy.voip.telepac.pt
port=5070
host=voip.telepac.pt
nat=yes
type=friend
qualify=yes
insecure=very

Trunk inbound
----------------
Context: +3513xxxxxx

context=from-internal
username=+351xxxxxx
secret=PASSWORD
type=friend

Register string
----------------
+351302xxxxxx@voip.telepac.pt:PASSWORD:+351302xxxxxx@proxy.voip.telepac.pt:5070/+351302xxxxxx

Extension
-----------
secret PASSWORD (extension password)
dtmfmode rfc2833
canreinvite no
context from-internal
host dynamic
type friend
nat yes
port 5060
qualify yes
etc. etc. etc.

Enjoy and give feedback, please!

Sapo/Telepac VoIP working now - UPDATE

I made some tuning here. In fact trixbox will still work with this provider if you keep ONLY the following under "Trunk > Incoming Settings":

USER Context: +351302xxxxxx
-----------------

For the sake of a more informative status report under PBX > PBX status, you can leave the following lines under "Trunk > Incoming Settings":

USER Details:
----------------
host=voip.telepac.pt
type=friend
nat=yes
