need to setup mutiple lines for my company

hi, everybody,

I am planning to deploy the PBX system to my company. couple questions here.

1. I used to have 4 landlines to handle the calls and fax. They all have the different numbers. The phone company(bell) make them "auto roll", which means if line1 busy, the call will automatically tranfer to line 2 or 3. line 4 is the dedicated fax number. I am planning to do the same thing with a pbx system. However, i am not quite sure whether i need to apply for multiple ip phone lines and ask the provider to make them "auto roll" again, or there has some other ways to do this.

2. Can i use a fax machine as an extension of the pbx to recieve and send the fax?
