What Router would you recommend?
I am looking for a router in the $200-$400 range that can have multiple IP addresses on the wan port. I have looked at units from Hotbrick, Linksys, Dlink and such but none of them seem very well suited, have bad reviews or are out of the price range. I know that watchguard or sonicwall would be good choices but too expensive. The client does not want a computer with moonwall, pfsense or anything like that, must be a vendor bought appliance.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
If it helps anybody the reason for this is so that web traffic can be sent to two different servers, i.e. http to ip 66.x.x.43 goes to server A and http to ip 66.x.x.44 goes to server B.
pfsense comes recommended by several on the forums here, including myself. It's free and has the features of a $1500-$2000 router. It's a fast and reliable as the hardware you put it on (be it regular PC or server). I've been using it for a while and have nothing bad to say about it. Has pretty much everything you would want/need for trixbox.
The OP explicitly mentions it can't be m0n0 or pfSense...
I'd go Cisco or Edgemarc (http://www.edgewaternetworks.com/edgemarc_overview_page.htm)
like the TZ150 (list about $300) or TZ170 (list about $400) for 10 user models should just about be in your budget or pick up a TZ170 / 180 / 190 unrestricted or Pro 1260 or 2040 used on ebay and buy support.
You can also pick up the older models for next to nothing and they run for years (I have a Pro 330 which was been running for about 2 years straight and that break was just to load newer firmware!)
The newer the model the better the VoIP support.

I'm using the SnapGear SG560 more often. SIP proxy and QoS. Wan with 4 LAN, or 5 independent segments. IPSec and PPTP client and server.

RouterBoard makes a complete line of devices that pound-for-pound beat Cisco on features at a much lower price-point. We've been using Cisco PIX 506e and 501 devices for 10 years now and after some seriously productivity killing bugs in their firewall OS we're in the process of replacing our 8-node VPN with RouterBoard.
The RouterBoard 493 with high-power WiFi radio is only $250. Leave out the WiFi and it's down to $163. http://www.roc-noc.com/product.php?productid=107&cat=4&page=1
Roc-Noc sells the complete system with case and power supply, but it starts with a raw board which you can read more about at http://routerboard.com/ and MikroTik (the company behind it all, and developer of the RouterOS that runs on the devices) at http://MikroTik.com/
All this may sound like I'm a shill for MikroTik, but naw...just a happy fan of their work.
If you absolutely must have a ROUTER and not a Firewall / Router, I would just get a used Cisco 3800 off Ebay and put smartnet on it. Expandable, extremely flexible and I highly doubt they would ever outgrow it. When it comes to Routing equipment, Cisco is the way to go unless you're doing OC-XXX stuff. If you're looking for a firewall router type of appliance, look at Cisco Pix 500 series on ebay and do the same thing with Smartnet.

3800 series??? This has to be a typo, that is an $8000 router (used).
A 2651xl is a great router for under $200.00
The poster did not describe what kind of WAN interface, so I am assuming Ethernet. In this case they should use a PIX 501, not sure if you can get Smarnet on them anymore.
I would say for a SOHO/SMB solution I would agree with Scott. Go with a Cisco PIX 501 or the new Cisco ASA 5505. Both are solid products and I have never had a problem with either. Another vendor I have recently started using and seeing pop up more and more are the Fortinet FortiGate's. You would probably be looking at the 50B or 60B.
