Voicemail Screening for FreePBX

I'm starting this thread to solicit comments on development of voicemail screening functionality for FreePBX. I would be development this to coincide with the next major FreePBX release.

Voicemail screening would allow a user to listen to voicemails as they were being recorded and have the option of picking the caller up as the voicemail was being left.

I know this has been discussed before, but I'm hoping a bounty can be raised to get this project done.
