Voicemail

I searched for info but it all related to changing the 'please leave a message' ... message.

We have two tar.gz file which I've been told are 'british voice mail messages', meaning the 'password', 'login incorrect' etc messages. (My boss purchased them ages ago to get rid of the american voice.)

I'm setting up a new production box with 2.6.1 on and I can't figure out how / where to set them up.

Would it be possible for someone to post the directory they need to go in and the command to extract them?
I know I'll have to 'wget' them once he puts them in a temp location on our website.
