Let me give you a question, trixbox contains an interpreter vxml?

how can create a switchboard?

No, Asterisk does not have

No, Asterisk does not have VoiceXML support. There is a third party company that I can't remember the name of that supposedly has a VoiceXML interpreter that acts between LumenVox and Asterisk, but without that you need to directly interface with the LumenVox speech engine.
