Creating IVR's

I am new to Trixbox and am trying to create IVR's. The available options are (1) IVR (2) Terminate Call (3) Extensions (4) Voicemail (5) Phonebook (6) Ring Groups and (7) Queues. However, I want to have other destinations such as dial a ten digit number, execute an AGI script, goto a featurecode, etc. How do I make those options available when creating an IVR? Any insight at all would be a great help.
