I know that this is not the best place for this, but since this has to do with telephony i will give it a shot.
does anyone know where I can find cellphones for resale within the united states?

ebay? or google for "remanufactured cell phones" or if you're looking for a new cellphone to resell, just call a phone manufacturer and ask for a distributor in your area.
