adding custom blacklist messages

I always forget how to do this right but it gives me a real kick to change the recording someone hears when they are on my blacklist. Because of this I wanted to post the configs so I can look it up here and so others can do this as well. I have a recording which can be found here: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/audio/play/10134 . You can record it using audacity easy enough. If you name the recording mental, all you have to do is add it as a recording and change line from
exten => s,n,Playback(ss-noservice)
to
exten => s,n,Playback(custom/mental)
This is under the app-blacklist-check section extensions_additional.conf file.
Great satisfaction when someone is calling repeatedly and you know the next time they will get this instead. It will also still play the out of service tone so automated callers will flag the number as invalid next time.
This change will not survive

This change will not survive a 'update configuration' as the extensions_additional is overwritten. All such changes should be in extensions_custom. You will have to place a copy of the entire macro with the change and then update the extension context.
