some hudlite clients connecting, some not

The system has 12 users.

8 have no problems with the hud lite connecting, however 4 of the pc's hudlite launches, appears to start the connection, then goe to an "offline" status and tries to connect about every 5 - 10 seconds with no success.

I reset the pass words in the hudlite manager and confirmed all username, IP's, and passwords are correct and the same problem continues.

Anyone else experienceing this problem?

Are they connecting through

Are they connecting through the phone "switch"? ... I have the same problem on a CISCO 7960 that I have not figured out just yet...

If I bypass the phone, all is well again... so it's the phone not passing traffic??

check DNS

When working with Fonality guys last year they usually answered DNS (quite correctly as testing showed) - make sure that anything using the TB box has the TB box set as primary DNS - especially for HUD use.
