No callerID untill after answer !!

I'm using TrixboxCE 2.6.2.2 with HUDlite integrated into the Windows Outlook.

Incoming calls are delivered to a General Queue, incoming Caller ID is displayed on all the handsets OK, but the HUDlite popup on the workstation doesn't display the caller ID number or perform a lookup of the Name until after the call is answered.

Is this how the system is designed or have I screwed up one of the settings, as usual ?
